Got my new cover in, took a few months to get it done as i wanted something speacial and there was some trouble getting it all done but i finally got it.

First off this cover is simply amazing. If your even thinking about buying a New Boat, SC or who ever, and they want to charge you 600+ bucks for a cover, DONT DO IT get it deleted call Corey and for 900 you can get a true towing cover that will out last any factory cover out there.

I will never own another cover for a boat again unless its by Evolution.
The fit is perfect to the boat, the details under the cover are perfect, such as the rear of the cover rests on your rear deck, so theres a protective pad there to make sure your boat isnt damaged, and the cover isnt actually touching your fabric. The cover is held onto the baot at the rub rail with small clamps < not really a clamp but cant think of what you call it > and they are wraped with soft protective fabric. All the points on the cover that touch anything are reinforced, and paded as to not scratch the boat or cause any damage.

At the tower legs, they use zippers, and these are heavy duty, also extra padding to protect your boat. There is a draw string simular to what factory covers have but the string is soft and pliable not hard and stiff. At each tower leg there is little latching hooks that allow to you undo the cord and fit it around the tower then latch it back together. This cord is whats used to sinch the cover down under the rub rail for towing.

On the rear of the boat is 5 attachments, 2 go threw the rear D rings on the boat, and 3 are adjustable buckles that loop threw the rear handle on the boat. Then you have the draw sring that sinched the cover down at the rub rail.

The cover isnt real heavy feeling but its a thick material.

First time i put it on it was pretty stiff, i have installed and removed it 4 times, and its getting easier each time as the material is breaking in.

Towing with this cover is awesome, you only get a little movement at the windshield and this is caused by the draft of the truck. No balloning, not flapping or anything.

On to the pics.

Cover installed.

I had some custom work on the cover done. I added some color matching stiching on the front and rear. You can see in the above posted picture of the rear of the boat, i also added Wake Makers and Exile logos.
I have a swim deck cover being made as well, as soon as i get it ill post up on it.

That's sick, seems like I saw your boat at Exile/Wakemakers a few months ago. I was telling Spencer you had all the stainless gear on it I wanted (and tinted windshield). He said something like this guy upgraded everything, touche!

Yea it most likley mine there, i was redoing the ballast system on it. i took out the airator style pumps and went with a 1inch lines and jabsco pumps.

If you want to do the windhsield i can help you remove it and i know a guy who can do them. I do all my own work on my boat.

Yea its generally at Wake Makers / Exile from Feb threw April doing upgrades lol.

Sounds awesome! I should PM you about my neighbors x25, he put in all his digital kenwood amps out of his nautique and couldn't get the feedback out of the amps. Long story short he ended up at Kingpin and they are selling him all new amps. They gave him a choice between Exile and some European brand I can't remember. I referred to your boat and said EXILE!!! Maybe if I pm my number you can give me a quick call??

If you do all your own work why is it at Wake Maker or Exile? :) :)

Simple answer is WakeMakers and Exile want the best sounding boat on their showroom floor.

Also I like the new cover. Too bad that one would not fit my boat so it is safe from me this weekend.

HAHA its ok

Couple reasons, generaly all the stuff we do in my boat is first time its been done, also what better place then a shop where you can walk around the boat easily, i dont have to clean up the shop when im done working, <i do though> and best part is when im working i got use of all the supplies and gear in the warehouse.

Much eaiser then needing a part and driving an hour each way to get the part. I will generally sit down with those guys, plan out what this years upgrades are, then plan time to bring the boat in. Get all the upgrades done, test it out, have Brian tune the stereo, and then roll out to the water.

This is also nice because it gets the boat out of my garage for a bit and i can get bigger projects done at home that i need garage space for.

Ive been dragging my feet but i need to do a write up and post pics of the all new Wake Makers system in the boat, i have 2 jabsco pumps mounted on the rear wall above the muffler, then 4 bags running off those 2 pumps with the Y valves and i added 2 1inch threw hulls under the boat to feed those pumps. Then removed the 3 way tree for the factory GIII and its direct line to the ski locker bag and IBS in the nose.
