Awhile back I posted a problem with my 2001 Outback porpousing at top speed. With the short transem, it was diffecult to find a trim tab/piston that would fit under the swim platform. I found a Company called Insta-Trim in St. Louis, MO that put together a single trim tab/piston kit that fit under the platform. I installed the tab, and it works great. The nose of the boat settles down at top speed, the ride is beautiful, even with four 200 lb. guys in the back (the women are too chicken to ski this early in Chicago). The trim tab beats the heck out of putting a 200 lb. sack in the front of the boat. Think Skiing.
