Rebuilding Swim Platform

Has anyone tried to rebuild their swim platform themselves? The wood inside the fiberglass is so rotten that you could almost step through the platform.

Thats good to know Ed, I read that and thought Oh man if there is wood in there!! the delaer told me the same thing when i bought the boat that there was no wood in it...
