YOU ARE INVITED

3RD ANNUAL MOOMBA-SUPRA JAMBOREE AND OWNERS REUNION

May12, 2007 - LAKE LOUISA STATE PARK, CLERMONT, FLORIDA

The last two years we have co-sponsored a boating lifestyle event that is becoming very popular among Moomba and Supra owners and their friends. People that have not been to one, but have heard about it, have called us to make sure they get an invitation this year if we have a repeat event.

Well, we are going to have another one, bigger and better. We want as many Moomba and Supra owners, along with their boats and friends, as can possibly come.

We will have catered food, beverages, T-shirts, prizes, plenty of boats to see, many new friends to meet and gen-eral fun for everyone. The Watersports of Central Florida staff and Skier’s Choice factory people will be attending as well as several area Pro-riders. The event will be all day, with food being served between 11:30 am and 1:30 pm.

The State Park is a beautiful waterfront site and the chain of lakes is huge with plenty of room for all kinds of boats. There are beautiful cabins available if anyone wants to make a weekend of it. We stayed in one last year and were very impressed. They are 2 bedroom / 2 bath with large screened porches, full kitchens, living rooms and more.
If you want one you have to reserve it early, as they do get booked fast. Call Reserve America at 1-800-326-3521 to reserve a cabin.

We do need to get a count of people and boats coming so we know how much food, T-shirts, and prizes to have on hand. Please RSVP as soon as possible either by phone, fax or email.

Is there any type of cost associated with attending other than the obvious things such as food and lodging?

Butta,

Looks like you and the roo spent a little too much time in the tanning salon. Glad the roo is wearing his goggles.

And tip your Harbormaster.

Butta is right. Only cost is a doanation to the park.

When people drive into the park, there is a $5.00 fee. When people boat to the park, there is no fee. Therefore, it is only fair for us to pony up the $5 per boat (minimum) since the park is so willing to work with us.

Another possible cost depends on which boat ramp you use. If you use the Hull Rd boat ramp, it is free, but the boat ramp on Lake Minneola charges a $5 fee.

The tan is au-naturale. Pic is from 2 yrs ago just after I got me ride. If you look close, it's still a little red and puffy. No goggles, couldn't make them look right.

I just got my written invitation in the mail.

If you are going, PLEASE Make sure to RSVP to Watersports of Central Florida.

They would like to have an accurate headcount for food and T-shirts and other misc goodies.

I emailed them but dont think I ever received a confirmation. Dont remember giving them my address so how do you go about getting a written invitation or is that necessary.

If I'm not mistaken, the written invitations are only sent to sales and service customers of Watersports of Central Florida (addresses in their data base).

If you emailed them with the number of people in your group, what T-shirt size each person wears and what (if any) boat you are bringing, you should be good to go.

Certainly wouldn't hurt to send 'em another RSVP.

where you stayin Saturday night?

I think we are staying at the Holiday Inn Express in Clermont. Is that a decent choice?

yes. Nice place. Close to everything. Boat ramp is about 2 miles away.

Make sure you have the reservation, for some reason that motel always gets booked quickly.

If you book online, be sure to call the hotel directly a few days later to make sure they get passed the reservation. 3 or 4 times now Holiday Inn has "lost" a reservation. I make it a habit to confirm.
