Do we want a seperate wakesurfing forum on Moomba board?

Let's see if we can get the powers that be to add a wakesurfing specific forum to the boards.

I think there is now enough interest in the sport.

Please vote. It takes little effort and there is power in numbers.

I don't wake surf but I think a seperate forum is justified simply because it is getting popular and discussion topics are much different than wake boarding

Hey Ed G, I am sure its been discussed on here and I am pretty sure I have even read it but I cant find it now...... What speed and or ballest setting/ wake plate ect for the wake surfing. We have been running around 10-11 but not sure. No one in this part of the country dose this except us as of right now. And we are making it up as we go

I can't answer your questions. I only have experience setting up the Outback DD hull for wakesurfing, and I don't have a wakeplate

GREAT IDEA. That way i dont have to bother ed and pickle all the time about ballast for surfing. It would also be a good idea to have a sticky or fact thread about set ups that work for what type of boat. Not a "heres how" implying liability, but a "heres what works for me and my boat". Hope to see a surf forum.
