Surf and Ski Expo in Orlando

Hey everyone-
I'll be down in Orlando for the US Open of Waterskiing and I'm hoping to get in to the Surf and Ski Expo at the Orlando Convention Center. Can anyone help a poor Moomba owner out with some tix?

I would have come for the Jamboree, but my brother died the week prior. It was a hard decision, however..... :wink:

The qualifying rounds for the US Open are at Swiss Ski School 13-14 SEP, and the finals are September 15th in the evening at Downtown Disney.

My wife has us swimming with the Dolphins on the 14th, so we'll be kicking around the rest of the time. It's amazing the mad props you get when you give your wife her dream event in FLA....

I tried my local dealer for the Expo tickets, but he couldn't help me.

The swiss ski school is in clermont, not far from where the jamboree is held and on your way, you will pass within 1/4 mile of The Wakeboard Camp where a couple of the Supra team riders do their coaching (Kyle Schmidt, Ben Greenwood). They are friendly guys. Stop in and say hello.


If you want a nice place for lunch, stop at the Tiki bar on Lake Minneola in Clermont. Great hamburgers and you can often watch pro wakeboarders in action while you eat lunch.

I'd like to check out The Wakeboard Camp-I've heard a lot of good things about it...
