Be careful on I-75 just South of Cordele. Construction there is a nightmare and the road is "TIGHT".

I forgot but getting on 475 around Macon is also dicey ( Make sure to take 475 around Macon). I was at the training center in Forsyth in June but I haven't been North of there in a while so I can't say about that part.
