    i don't know of that stuff, plid is made for ship use it has rust inhibbitors and water resitance lube so i good choice. i have frieds that tryed other things and did not work the same

    I read your post a while back where you used Ship 2 Shore PLID on your steering cable. What exactly is PLID? I had to purchase some penetrating oil for a different project (PB Blaster) and wasn't sure if I could use this in the same fashion on my steering cable. Just wanted to get your opinion. Thanks.
