First was on my 08 LSV. I had the factory cover originally, and when I would tow it flapped a lot, and with the tie down straps it would work towing it but over 3...
When we where at Prinville we went past the marinea and the water dropped to under 30 and our surf wave was losing push. Of course I don't even like being in water under 30ft.
In the PNW we have 85 today, 88 Saturday, 91 Sunday and low 80s all next week. I don't expect to winterize until Oct.

yes absolutely but i think the difference you see in regular weighting and goofy will be the same
it all depends what size anchor you buy. I have the larger one and its 6inches by 2 ft came with a bag like Jpetty picture. Mine was the Razzman's.

I used to tow with a 1 Ton F350 all the time.
Now I tow with a F150 Eco.
Mileage towing Sucks in Oregon, lots of hills. On the highway I see typically 10-10.5. Hills I see 8-9

HOWEVER you can surf with just a 750 in the right rear locker, and 400 in the ski locker. Wake plate 100% up and 10-10.5 mph

We started using a box anchor this year and its the cat's meow. it is literally a drop it and forget it. i don't have to drag it to set it. It just lands and digs in.

We are hitched, loaded and rolling out.
Both mine would come off. I did the same thing, I screwed through the rubber connector into the plastic exhaust port. Then put the band clamp over the screws to hold them in as well.

Yes on fuel treatment, fuel filter if it hasn't been changed in the last 100 hours.
Also I wouldn't worry about the oil pressure at 50, mine is 50-60 pretty often.
