Hey audio gurus....

I just picked up a Kenwood 10" sub and amp package that I will be installing in the near future.
I'm not really sure how to run a pre-out to the new amp though....
Currently...

The handles were the 9" size from Great Lakes Skipper and the cupholders were from Amazon.

I replaced my cup holders and grab handles with polished stainless. I added 3 extra handles in the rear area too. Super easy and only took an hour or two.

They're made by Sea dog and I got them from Amazon.
I made my own backing plates out of 1/8" x 2" SS flat bar.

All done. Sounds awesome and everything tucked away nice and tidy. My old Kenwood wireless remote even works with the new Kenwood deck!!

I'm installing a 4ch amp and new HU as well (see my other post). I thought I could cheat using the stock speaker wiring, but after reading your recommendations, I think I will just go ahead and...

Another wiring question from the newbie.....

I got my boat without any stereo installed except for 4 of the 6 crappy stock speakers. The PO took the HU out, and must have taken the factory speaker...
