Hey guys....I was trying to de-winterize my 99' outback ls and am not able to find out where this little screw go's in at....it's about 3/4" in diameter and about 1/2" long with a black painted head....

Looking for a cheap but nice tower....do these two words fit into the same sentence?

No...he gave the the number to my local dealer.....haven't ben able to get ahold of them yet.
