They will fit on all boards. They come with a plate that is used for slingshot boards as well as an interchangeable plate for other boards. I have both.

I think you could get them plenty snug for you. I removed the lower draw string (still have) so that they would loosen up a bit. If anything, I think they would be a 10.5 in feel.

I remember seeing some boards with straps on it on the Walker web site. It was a picture of one of the newer carbon fiber boards. Not sure if that is common but I was a little surprised to see it on...
