Just talked to the guy that bought the boat. Couple taps, as suggested, on the shaft and it came right out. Put the new one on and he is good to go!
Thanks again for all your help!

Well, I was trying to get it done for a guy because I am selling my boat and wanted to get it changed before he picked up. He decided he wanted it bad enough to get it done him self.
I left it as...

Here is a picture I just took of what I am working with.

Let me know.

Penetrating oil didn't work, tried a big punch and hammer this morning and it still wouldn't budge.
I've tried heating it to no avail as well.
Any other suggestions before I bite the bullet and...

I thought the same thing! Unfortuantely, they do not. Not a single hole on that plate feels threaded to me. I also started a thread on WakeWorld and someone suggested soaking it in...

This is mounted inside the crankshaft pully...
Man, I've tried everything short of tapping holes and running long bolts through them to work it out. And I think I'll have to remove the...

Any idea what size the 3 socket head screws are? Thanks.
I should have mentioned, these are custom made sacks. They were in the boat when I bought it. Not sure who makes it as there is nothing written on them. I think the seams are different then fly high...
Alright, problems keep coming up!! Just got back from the lake, have a pretty big leak in the seam of a ballast bag. Please tell me I can repair this somehow! I do not want to buy a new bag.
Looking to sell my CWB Ride for $250 + Shipping or trade for a 5' Ronix Koal. Let me know if you are interested. Thanks.
Jesse, I feel like I should pay YOU!! Your pictures worked perfectly, followed how your switch is wired and where the wires connected and it worked fine. THANKS AGAIN! Can't wait to get on the water...
JesseC, thanks a bunch! That should be exactly what I need. I'll try to look at it tonight and see if I can get it. I'll let you know, thanks again!
Yeah, a picture or schematic would be great. Thanks.
2000 Moomba Mob V
Hey guys, I screwed up. I was unhooking my depth finder to pull it out of the boat to clean it up, inside screen was dirty. Anyway, I pulled off a red wire from the switch panel...
That's what I figured. If I sit in idel then just throttle up, without putting it in gear, the temp drops pretty fast. Not sure what else it could be...
Alright, searched a little and couldn't find a lot of info. Took the boat out today, outside temp around 70 water around 57 or so. Engine seemed to stay around the 140 - 160 range at idle. (Usually...
I have a 14x18 1-1/8" LH prop on my 2000 Moomba Mobius V now and would like to sell this one or trade this one towards the purchase of an Acme 1433.
Mine has no dings or anything in and it is in...
I bought my fiance' the Ronix Dahlia, it was between the Coy or Dahlia and liked the dahlia better. She loves it! I've actually rode it to get a better feel for how to teach her certain things. It's...
best price I have seen lately, basically an eBay store. $54.99 shipped.
Yeah, most people cover it up on their first battery replacement. I know mine is not even big enough for a marine deep cycle battery. It was covered when I purchased the boat and the battery was just...
Kevin, that is normal, it is actually the stock battery box that is built into the floor. I just moved my batteries to the front locker location. All I did with the hole in the back is cut a...
