I can't comment on the design specs of other systems, except to say there are two schools of thought here; either create lift to list the boat, or create drag to force the boat to crab. SurfGate...

You can always put a block between the upper mount and the transom to act as space if you need more angle, but I don't think that will be an issue.

Has any one calc'd the V drop? Just because the pump runs doesn't mean it's operating at maximum capacity.

I don't have specs on the bag, although I heard some talk of 875 pounds of loaded capacity in just the rear locker. Not sure how it will ultimately stack up compared to the bag you...

Definitely cross them, and definitely do both the vent and the drain. In your case, since you're sharing that line, you can combine them and run one hose across the boat for each side.
If you had...

Check the gauge of wire on the solenoids, I don't know what it is off the top of my head, but we don't suggest using it, so I'm guessing that's because it's relatively small. You need to be able to...

I think you'll find that's WAY too much deployment. In all of our testing, anything over 11-12 degrees off the running surface has a negative impact on the wake. This will certainly depend somewhat...

Read these two articles we have regarding upgrades to the 2002-2008 Gravity III system, I think they'll be beneficial for you:
1. 2002-2008 Moomba Gravity III Ballast Upgrades
2. Pre-09 Moomba...
Depending on the dates, I think we could make an appearance there.

Looks good, I don't see any issues with priming based on your pump location and attitude.
Be careful reusing the factory drain pump configuration, that design introduces a lot of issues related to...

Nice Mondo Matt! That is one of my favorite boats on the water right now.

Unfortunately I do not have any additional details at this point in time, other than to say it will follow the rest of our custom bags, which means it will be made specifically for that generation...
Bend is not that far from Portland. ;)

Sounds good, let us know if you have any other questions.

Yes, definitely need to connect on the water this year so we can see the finished product.
I hear you on the pricing, now that we have our own bag production in house we're able to be much more competitive on custom bag pricing, and we can do a lot more with the actual shape of the bag.

Awesome, like I said I can't wait to see what your results are.
They are essentially all deployed on the non-surf side of the boat, regardless of the actual implementation.

saskyrider's setup is a pretty good starting point. Like he said though, we typically recommend the 750 bow bag option to maximize weight up front, and you'll want to run at least a 900 pound bag in...

We have a lot of this information outlined in our Resources section (albeit it can be somewhat difficult to find).
The end results, after doing this a few thousand times, is that aerator vs....

We've been exploring these options hard for close to two years. I think you'll have a very difficult time getting the results you're looking for with standard a standard trim tab; they additional...
That turnbuckle adjustment allows some fine level adjustment to account for differences from one hull to the next. It's not designed to be an on the fly adjustment, but rather something you set once...
Nice upgrade! We're thinking about adding a custom bow bag for that generation LSV as there is quite a bit more capacity available, and that weight forward obviously helps the wake a significant...
Thanks for the kind words you guys, we're pretty lucky to be selling fun, and it makes everyone on the team feel pretty good when you guys are happy with what we're doing.
I'm glad you saw our video then, it's like free ballast since you already have the bag!
Some good info in this thread, I just wanted to expand on it a bit for the benefit of anyone that reads it in the future.
