in a nutshell ..... you can always turn the gain on a 500w amp down, but there is only so far you can turn a 100w amp up w/o issues.

2004 5.7L carb. Outback. fuel pump not getting power. can hook it up to an external source and the pump runs. oil pressure guage works (at leats it's showing that it works) but motor not getting gas....

Unlikely it would be supplied with a 14" for a spare. But look at the spares that come with some autos.
