Uh... not really sure how, but my strainer showed up at my door this morning. About 20 hours from when I placed my order. WOW! And this thing is big... I'm going to have to get creative with how I mount it since my ballast pumps are inevitably going to be in the way.

Can anyone confirm if these can be mounted sideways? Or must they be bowl down?

From what i can find they can be mounted at a slight angle according to Skidim, what that means is beyond me. Can you re-route the hose to move it around some?
