I've had a couple of people call and ask why I'm selling it, and the reason is that I intend to build a house and need to free up the money and time.

Guess it's time to get serious about selling it.
Just listed it on Boattrader.

Sweet boat, Im sure you have no trouble selling it. I noticed you have black seats. Im buying a 2002 Mobius LSV and it too has black seats (or trim, just like yours). Did that get hot?

yes they get hot, but so does the medium gray color you see, and for that matter so does the light gray. Since the black is on the vertical area, it doesn't get too bad. The hottest part of the boat is usually the back deck, where the sun hits directly. <--medium and light gray.
