How does everyone scan the forums?
I think I've heard some that use the "new posts" method. I randomly click refresh on the main page and skim down the list to see if new postings have been made.

I'm a fan of the new post button. I like being able to see everything that is new on one or two pages then being able to mark them all read and start fresh...3 minutes later. lol06 Supra 24 Gravity Games

Usually comb through randomly as I don't care much for my day job and can afford the time if I want. Like MMandley said one time, I'll look and see if suggestions I make help or do more harm than good! Always like to see other's setups and get ideas for mods, learn about where others go out on the water, etc. Funny stories and a few ah-ha moments on here help to pass the time.At the time it seemed like a good idea...

I never even new the 'new posts' function existed. I'm down.
Dumb question: How do you mark a thread as 'read' w/o actually going into it?
Nevermind. Found it.... This is going to make my wife's family reunion much better this weekend.
