I built this two seasons ago.. just never get around to adding it here.. but simple design... just grey plexi glass with two channels on each side.... just took some cardboard and built the initial template then took my scroll saw with a very fine blade and cut it out... took some 600 800 1000 and 1200 and wet sanded the edges when I was done. thinking of adding some material to edges like the soft side of velcrow to give it a smoother feel when putting it in the channels... but a very easy install. completed the top with some door seals rubber to hold in place whent the glass is closed.

yeah, looks good. i also have been meaning to do the exact same thing but haven't gotten around too either. You're middle windshield must be closer to the front than mine...I'll have to have a bend in the top of mine in order for it to seal on the glass when it closes...
