Help Moombadaze! HU stuck in Demo mode.

Daze can't post at work right now but he's having a common problem. He has the Kenwood KDC-MP2035 (I think) that was the stock HU in 2008. It is stuck in "Demo" mode so it won't display the "Aux" input. I remember from experience that the description in the manual does not work to get it out of demo mode. Mmandley explained what to do in a PM last year and later posted it for someone else but I can't find the PM or the post. Please respond and help a brutha out. Thanks!

Thanks for the link but I have the manual right here. The method described does not work on these units.

The instruction manual is a little confusing and leaves a little bit out. Ex.-you need to press the bass boost button before you can exit Demo mode

pretty sure the bass boost was not on, wont be able to look till tomorrow night

ok, I got it, not sure how at this point, but it displays aux on the screen

BINGO! When Mike gets back he'll put up the fool proof (read: Kane proof) method of fixing this so you can be sure you're golden.
