running too far

man, I walk an average of 5 miles a day in our warehouse(375000sqft), but asthma prevents me from running more than a 1/4 mile without dying.

Good luck and proud of you! wish my knees were ok with me running 5-10Ks. I guess i just need to suck it up and fight it...

I made it! A bit slower than I hoped. 22:41. After I get all pulled together I'll post a few pics. Only a couple small blisters so the foot pics aren't too gross.
