@ Dave see pic below i Flush mounted my Remote in the side dash where the factory remote was.

@ Elevated 1 i use a seperate Tower Volume control knob under the edge of the dash. I will most likly be going to a all in one unit this winter but i cant speak as which one i have chossen to go with yet.
