Heres the pictures of my rock shield. Mine weight at least 100lbs but i think most of that is my hitch set up. I think you will need a drop hitch due to the longer tongue to attach the center plate to. I have a weight distribution hitch so thats your seeing the ball is attached to. I think i need to get a new hitch ball this year..Thats ones looking a little worn.
I personally like the louvers, they catch water and rocks off the tires and direct most of it under the boat, i do have some rock chips on the trailer on that first cross member, nothing on the boat or anyplace else.
Back side of the setup

Front side, the center is a steel plate, with cut outs to allow the chains to go threw to the hitch, it also had a square metal frame that slides over the reciever tongue and a bolt that holts it tight. This also make sure if it should come lose you dont lose it or it doesnt hit the boat. The 3 louvered panels you can buy seperatly, i replaced 2 of mine because i trimed them 2 louvers to short at one point. There plastic so they are flexable. In the summer when its hot out they will straighten out if bent from storage. The side peaces are just square tubing and bolted together.

Ok, so I had a response and backed out to double check the ad for crewcab.
I would say that is on the cheap end if the "imperfections" aren't too bad.
I would want to know how long the tuner has been on, what it was run on consistently, and may even have a shop do a lookover.
I can tell you I paid a little more than that for an 07 a year ago and felt like I found THE DEAL. It had 150k and stock.

If you don't buy it, I will if for no other reason than to be able to say, "I bought it in Clackamas."

I don't think the price is off base but miles are on high side for my liking. I know there are more out there with less miles. I looked and looked as I wanted less than 60,000. Found one with less than 1/2 that and flew to Denver to get it. Bought my Yukon Denali out of SLC the same way. If ur not in a hurry, keep searching and you'll find EXACTLY what you want. Just my .02

Nothing but time here. I do think I want a newer body style and am partial to the GMC frontend. The Miles definately bother me. I'd rather have something under 50k.
Either way I still haven't received final work on the RR job so I have some time to think about it. I need to be there a while before I make any decisions unless I find "the one".
Clackamas... lol yea once you live here you get used to all the funny names. Crazy eagle shooting indians.

Personally Newty id stay away from the lifted and big tire trucks, doing that is almost like doubling the milage. Its a huge strain on the trucks drive from weight and angle changes. True they drive well when done right but its still a strain on the truck. Also you have to look at how easy is it going to be for the family to get in the truck?
As for price my buddy bought one with 60ish for 27K so someone selling a truck with 100+ for high 20s just isnt being realistic. There selling it aftermarket cause they cant get enough at the dealer.
I personaly dont like dealing with dealer but i like dealing with vechicles from private parties even less. At least at the dealer you have a lot of legal options if the deal goes south. Also at the dealer if you know your buissness and got all your ducks in a row you can get a screaming deal on a nice truck with a dealer warrenty to back it up.Malo <--- Means--Evil or Mean One.
