Dried it all out over the weekend, hardwood pulled, capets in two basement rooms ,sheet rock, cabinents etc. Should get going here in a few days.

That sux! Kinda looks like what I came home to on Saturday night...Somehow the drain hose to the washing machine upstairs worked its way out of the drain pipe and managed to drain a full cycle in the floor which found its way to the ceiling above the garage and then on to the floor of said garage...
