Yes, the Helm is essentialy a rotory vane pump coupled to the steering wheel. You can get different sizes of helms or cylinders to increase or decrease the number of wheel turns side to side. The smaller the pump the more the turns as well as a larger ram will increase the number of turns. My setup gave me around 4.5 turns side to side which was about the same as the stock cable.

Any way you can measure how deep the pump goes behind the dash and how much space is required? My cable has alot of slop and gets pretty stiff when loaded down and I may have to replace it at the end of the season and I would much rather go this route if at all possible
