Here are some pics of the new carpet installed. Still need to tweek a couple spots, but as you can see it's a world of difference. It's crazy how some people just neglect their stuff. The before pics are when I picked up the boat. Can you beleive it only had 156 actual hours when I picked it up. It's amazing what a cover will do!

dude your going to have to tell me how you did it..your doing everything that i want to do with mine haha..my grey carpets have some stains and its all beaten down and im not liking the grey capet that much

Thanks man. Yeah, I put new vinyl in last summer. Got rid of that ugly dark red for some silver carbon fiber-look and used red piping to break up the white on white. Starting to look like a new boat again! There is some more pics in my profile.

I know this thread is a little old but can you help explain how you installed the carpet or did you have someone do it. I am wanting to do mine this year as it is beat down as well after 12 years. Your boat looks great!
