Here are some pics of the new carpet installed. Still need to tweek a couple spots, but as you can see it's a world of difference. It's crazy how some people just neglect their stuff. The before pics are when I picked up the boat. Can you beleive it only had 156 actual hours when I picked it up. It's amazing what a cover will do!

Thanks man. Yeah, I put new vinyl in last summer. Got rid of that ugly dark red for some silver carbon fiber-look and used red piping to break up the white on white. Starting to look like a new boat again!
