Default Should I try to get the boat on the water tomorrow????

Tried today, but the weather went south as soon as I got home. Started raining. Boat hasn't been in the water this year yet, unless you count the rain

The last two days I've been out its been 75 or less with a good chance of rain. I guess the man upstairs doesn't like the new boat. I say go for it! That's what wetsuits are for! Or maybe Dry Suits where u are

Man I could not live somewhere that has 20 degree temps in May, that is depressing. How long is your boating season? 2 months? It's bad enough here in the northeast trying to squeeze out 4 or 5 months.

Won't you have to rewinterize or is it kept indoors In a heated garage?

Edit: this is what I posted before I looked closely at that screenshot. The temp is in Celsius not Fahrenheit so it's not so bad. Your weather still looks gloomy but....

What do those temps equate to in farhenheit (sp?)? Nevermind, either way Im sure its too cold for us. We found that 60 degree air and about 40 degree water with double wet suits was about our limit.

20 degrees Celsius is 68 degrees Fahrenheit? Is that right?

    Hence the term crazy canucks.

Wet suit is all ready. Going to take a container of hot water along, for before and after. Usually don't get out before June, but it's been warmer than usual this year.

For the record, 21 ºC = 69.8 ºF.

    Do it or your scared!

We went out on Sunday, wakeborded and surfed, water was 45, air was 75. All I have to wear is a shorty wet suit and forgot my gloves at home. Once you got up it was fine. Once you fall it's cooooold!!!
On the upside she is learning how to come get me pretty quick!
