Not too much really - just a brief chat followed by your average poker face stare down. Service Manager at AWS is a cool guy. I couldn't really hammer on him for a screw up the previous svc mgr had done before his time that he inherited. He understood where I was coming from, plus losing the boat for 2 weeks to sit at the shop, and made it right.

I'm dying to see how much more pull there is and how smooth it is now.

....Boat is a real mess after sitting outside in the rain for a week but not much I can do about that besides get to cleaning, which it desperately needed anyway.
