I meant to post these with the others of the tear down but he's some closer shots of what the inside looked like. Granted I have already cut the mounting "plates" or "pads" out of the transom here.

I had a nightmare once about visiting the planet depicted in the 4th pic.

In pics 2 and 4 you can see the outline of where the PO added the steel plate to reinforce just the lower holes. This obviously did not work. The right side had the same plate but you just cannot see a rust outline.

Picked up the interior yesterday! Looks like it will reside in the spare bedroom until I get the boat back..
