What thickness is the 1 inch angle bar? I am doing the same thing and my supplier offers 1/8" and 1/4" thickness in the 1 inch bar. I am doing 9x13 1/4" plate. They do also have .375 inch thick plate as well. Maybe I should go with the thicker on the plate?

Another Swivel Seat
It was something very similar to this one. I can't tell if this one has metal bearings or the poly insert, but mine had the poly insert and that is the one negative to my version. Definitely go metal bearings if you can....
