    To surf or board?

    Just saw the thread title.

I had two 750 in the rear and 400 in the locker with an ibs 650 in the bow.

Fill the 750's 3/4 and the locker full .

What do you have for extra bags? What do you have for stock bags? 400's in the ski locker and back?

Right now I'm running 400 in the locker and 400 in the walkway with nothing in the rear(but I have 750s in the lockers). About 850lbs in people in the cabin. Wakeplate all the way up.

    Sent from the water.

Fill those back lockers up, too much weight up font with no weighting in the rear.

    Give it a try.

What everybody else said. I would fill all three stock bags at the same time, once the ski locker is full shut the rear bags off that way you know you have 400 lbs in all 3 bags. Keep the extra 400 where you have it now and you'll have a 50/50 weight distribution which seems to be money for most skiers choice boats.
