They were out the back - just capped them off when I put everything out the sides. Haven't gotten around to glassing them in or at least finding white plugs so they blend in.

Besides drilling more holes in the boat, in my case running 1" hose up under the gunwale (each crossing side to side) was tight so going with a single line for vent+drain was much easier to shoehorn in.
