Yes, they come into the boat and that bolt pattern looks similar. We left the lake earlier today, so I can get measurements next weekend or maybe somebody that has a 2013 with the Skylon racks (cough, moombadaze, cough) could help you out.

My boat is in storage and wanted to see if the skylon racks would fit the bolt pattern of the menace spinning base, but that means you need both of them to get measurements.

Daze, maybe a pic of the backside of the skylon rack and mounts, fork screws and the base to the swivel mount screws.
