Ok so I was cleaning out the boat today and found two parts in the bottom of the bilge. I have no clue what they go for. The first is a bronze nut that is a 9/16. The second is a clip of some sort. Below is a photo of both of them. Any help would be great. I cannot find what they came off of and I have searched the boat up and down.

Check your rudder assembly and possibly your engine mounts.

Im thining the bolt might be for the engine cover latch. I know on my LSV that thing was always vibrating lose and id find it in the bilge.
Wire item, IDK man id have to snoop around your boat to fine out what was missing, It does seem as if its something to hold hoses away from somethingMalo <--- Means--Evil or Mean One. This explains a lot.

Thats the nut that was holding the ball separator wire (the other item) to prevent ball contact on power turns and avoid overheating of the coolant

Check the fuel pump wires. The clip looks like a retaining clip for the connections.
