perfect pass

hi my perfect pass does not always engage.if i start the boat set the speed take off the spedo goes pased the preset speed. If i stop reset the perfect pass set the speed it is fine for a couple days then does the same. has anyone had the same or simmilar problem

PP can be a bit finnicki. I have limited exposure to it - just on season. But I found if I throttle up manually too aggressively it seems have a hard time. I pretty much have to plan on releasing the throttlat at about 19-20 mph.
