We are thinking about buying a new Moomba. Either a Outback V, or Mobius LSV.
How much are you guys typically negotiating off the retail price? Percent-wise...5%, 10%?

Average % off retail on new Moomba
Boat show pricing for 2013 LSV's started at $49,999 and very well equipped boats were going for around $55,000. The new configuration of the LSV, it's so much larger than the OBV and well worth the incremental cost, IMO.

I agree with Wolfeman. However, it really depends on your budget and what you want to use the boat for on the lake. The LSV is definitely a much deeper boat now with the redesign.

This depends on is the boat used? New? Have you dealt with this dealer before?
Are you trading in a boat?
5% to 10% isn't a bad deal to work on but you will tend to see better discounts if you are buying a left over boat from last year, or you develop a repour with the dealer. With them knowing your going to be a return customer, and or buy more gear, they may be more inclined to give you a better price point.Malo <--- Means--Evil or Mean One. This explains a lot.
