The only good thing about cold weather is snowmobiling and boat modifications. So I summerized the sleds and started the mods. First thing was to remove the rear walls and move the pumps.

There is a piece of starboard at the rear of the engine compartment. It is the perfect size for the pumps and the module. I drilled a couple of 4" holes and mounted the pumps to the face as shown. The module is mounted directly behind them on the back side. By mounting everything as shown, I didn't have to extend any wiring or hoses. I actually had to shorten the hoses. If you look closely at the pic, you can see that I added a couple of brackets on the bottom of the starboard. Not sure if they were needed, but better safe than sorry, since the starboard is only held on by three screw on top. I have ran the boat a few times, and the new setup has worked great. Even though the hoses are near the exhaust, they do not get hot.

I added an IBS bag. I removed the hard tank vent hose from the thru hull vent and hooked it to the right leg of the IBS bag. I then added a new section of vent hose between the nose of the IBS bag and the thru hull vent. I decided to change the position of the spring loaded check valve, which is used as a vacuum break for the hard tank. Originally I was going to place it between the hard tank and the IBS bag, but I decided to move it to the vent hose instead. By doing this, there is a constant suction on the bag and the little water that is left in it. As the hard tank empties, any water that is left in the bag continues to be pulled out. The arrow on the spring loaded check valve must point towards the tee. My IBS turns into a raison, and 99% of the water gets pulled out of the hard tank. The system is working flawlessly.

I relocated the battery and added a second battery box for when I upgrade my stereo system. The only reason for this was to make room for my kids' skis.

Finally I replaced the stock rubber dipped forks with new polished triple forks and modified kneeboard forks from Skylon.
