GC batteries have been used in motor homes for years. Weight is a bid draw back as they are so much larger than their 12 volt counterpart but that isn't an issue with anyone who doesn't ski. I have one 12 volt and that also powers the stereo system. I do carry a set of jumper cables just in case. GC batteries don't like large amperage load such as starting.1998 Mobius

-LED's through the whole boat
-1100 pound bags in the rear lockers
-Gravity III ballast system upgrade
-Find the ground loop and fix it. (stereo whines with the motor running)

My winter list
New rear ballast system with reversible pumps and 1100 lbs sacks in rear. To replace the 550's.
Hopefully tower speakers and amp(s) and a sub under drivers side. With amp.
