    Default 2002 LSV Re-upolhstery & Hydroturff

    Started my upholstery project, planning to redo all the upholstery and replace the carpet with hydroturf.. Removed everything today...

    Impressive start. My '04 Outback shows a little wear and tear on the high traffic areas and I am going to need to address those over the winter.

    B, glad to see you back on the forum.

    Parrot, hope the itching has stopped from the fiberglass. Tough enough to take off panels for speaker mounts, but tough for all interior vinyl. Great job so far. Keep us posted

    ambitious project. teardown looks good except for all the deep cleaning the ocd in me would want to do to the 'glas.

    I did a similar project on my 02 a couple years ago. I love the gator grip floor that I installed, carpet would be very tough to go back too. My advise if your budget allows is have new thicker foam installed on the seats bases and do a three piece rear cover.

    By three piece you mean to cut the single rear hatch into 3 sections, left, right and center?
