I check mine with every fillup in both trucks. my 2k f150 heavyhalf has been turning 12.5-12.8 pretty consistently since I bought it in '07. the '98 ranger 4.0 4x4 I picked up here in wisconsin is turning 16.5 tank to tank. I see people with that engine stating 20. all I have to say is prove it.
Yup my data is hand calculated.

My F350 would pretty consistently read 1.5mpg better then its really getting LOL.

So fare the F150 shows 17.3mpg on its first tank but im still over 1/2 tank at 280 miles which looks pretty decent. I do have a 36 gal tank on this one so we will wait till its empty this Saturday and see how it is when i fill it up.

I know my 06 half ton Ram tells me I am getting about 2 mpg better than I actually am. It's crazy that they are so far off, I could a .2 mpg discrepancy but 2 mpg! That's over 10%

I've heard it referred to as the lie-ometer. I hope that's true.

Mine are gal/miles. Some tanks my computer is pretty close (within .5 mpg), sometimes off by 2.

Had the truck almost a week now. 330 miles.
    Day after i got her.

After a 2inch lift on the front, tinted windows, and 330 miles of typical winter driving in my area. We use de-icer and ash on the roads and it makes your vechicle looks horrible. Even in the winter I wash my trucks every 2 weeks.

Mike I'm curious if the front leveling kit effects the ride quality at all? Have you noticed any difference in the ride yet?

I like the 6.5 ft beds. You add a tool box and still have usable space

No it hasnt changed it. The kit is just a puck that mounts above the shock so it doesn't change the ride at all. You do have to get the tires aligned.

I got the kit installed and truck aligned for 320 at the local tire shop.

Not a bad looking rig and always nice to get new digs.............but I could never do it. Will not go back to a gasser truck after having my duramax. A daily driver sedan is the solution for me these winter months.
