it's going to be minus12 here on Monday for a high. I haven't seen moving water on the river in weeks. have to crack thru 12" of ice to get in. lots of ice fishing huts set up.

Ours is set for January 18th as a fund raiser for the Special Olympics. I will be in the water for a couple of hours as part of dive rescue overseeing the event. Of course, wearing thermals and a dry suit. We have about 400 people who participate and they have hot tubs and food vendors to make the plunge more enticing.1998 Mobius
