    Default How many actually eat liver?

    While rafting this weekend, here is a question that came up amongst 15 beer buzzed people...

    how many actually like liver? Chicken or beef.

    Much to my surprise about 30% of the folks eat this disgusting animal organ

    ^^^Exactly. Fried with Straub beer or butter.
    Venison (Deer) is pretty dry, so we make dumplings with that ground up.

    Leave it to a W Pa guy to love Straubs and anything involving deer meat!

    Haven't had that brew since I left Slippery Rock.

    Once had haluski made with venison - not too bad.
