Prob the easiest way is:

1. go to www.imageshack.us
2. Cick on "Browse"
3. Find the picture you want to post on your computer
4. Open that picture
5. Click "Host it"
6. Copy the code you need (its the code starting with:

[URL=http://imageshack.us][IMG]http://img255.imageshack.us/.......

7. Paste this code in the "Message body"
