When is the best time to change the engine oil and the tranny fluid? I hear some say to do it in the Fall because the fresh oil is better for the seals. Others say in the Spring since oil absorbs moisture in the winter. I would prefer and always done my oil changes in the Spring as I am more motivated to do this ungodly task at that time. Does anyone have any feedback or experiences that would justify one time or another?
