DG, you seem to move in the wake real easy. Just wondering why you stand so tall when trying these tricks? I watched some pros doing these same tricks and they do them with more of the stance later in you video when you are just regular surfing.

Never really thought about it. I will try it with a lower stance and see if it gets easier.

I was able to stick a 360 yesterday with the rope.

Now I need to practice 180's without the rope.

Great Video Defgoose. One thing I noticed. As you progress into 360s without the rope I am pretty sure you are going to have to spin the other direction. I am far from an expert having only completed a couple 360s without the rope, but in order to complete the 3 and be able to stay in the pocket you'll want to spin towards the curl (almost like a pivot around your back foot) In the video you are spinning away from the curl. Check out James Walker in the promo video on www.thewalkerproject.com. He makes it look way to easy. Keep posting videos of your progress. Keep that camera running. I managed to get my first sucessful 3 on video and I don't remember ever being so excited. Maybe it was the 200 failed attempts that made it that much better!
