BensonWdby's AWSA thread brings me to a question:
the link below lists the Boomerang 93, 97-99 as certified.
I have a 2000. What would have changed in the last model year that it wouldn't have been certified?

I have no insight - just a guess.
Moomba probably only submitted one or two of their boats for certification. I have a 99 Mobius that is AWSA cert. Maybe they started submitting the Mobius and the Outback as a they were looking forward....If you believe something to be true, it will be - in it's consequences.

I have a 98 Mobius that has the AWSA decals but didn't show up on the list so I assume the 98 OB was certified and the Mobius was part of that.
