I have their free air sub mounted in the kick panel under the console. My LSV didn't come with a sub so the installer had to cut a hole but it's not enclosed. I haven't heard an enclosed sub to compare it to but I can't imagine it hitting much harder. I've had great luck with all of the JL equipment.
