I have an 01 Outback LS with paddle wheel speedos that have never worked well. I am looking to replace these with a pitot speedo. Has anyone done this and how difficult is it? Also has anyone replace any other gauges in an older Moomba and how difficult was that?

I also have an 01 Outback LS that im about to replace the hole dash because i like the look of an 07 Outback dash. Tell me what you thing you will have a problem with, because im sure i will run into it. None of the wire mach up so i have to start from scratch
